Are you a real family or a brand pretending to be one?

When will my order arrive?

Orders print within 1-2 business days and arrive in about 4-8 business days total, shipped from the US.

What shirts do you print on?

The Gildan 64000 softstyle — soft, true-to-size unisex fit. Size chart on every product page.

What if it doesn't fit / I don't love it?

30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@poolplayclub.com and a human (probably one of us) will fix it.

Do you ship internationally?

US only right now — tournament season keeps us busy. International is on the roadmap.

Can I get my team's name on a shirt?

Not yet — no personalization for now. Follow the new drops; your sport's probably coming.
